Terms

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

THE PROMOTER & PRIZE ADMINISTRATOR
1. The Promotor is Kepak Convenience Foods Unlimited Company of St Georges Park, Kirkham, Preston PR4 2DZ.
2. The promotion is managed by the Prize Administrator Get Savvy Marketing Limited, 15-17 High Ct Ln, Leeds LS2 7EU on behalf of the Promoter.
3. The Prize Administrator will manage winner prize fulfilment and contact winners to arrange fulfilment of prizes. The Prize Administrator will handle personal data in accordance with the promotion privacy policies, see clause 10 for further details.

ELIGIBILITY
1. The promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over only, excluding:
  - (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies.
  - (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration.
  - (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above
THE PROMOTION
1. The title of the promotion is ‘YOUR CHANCE TO WIN A BUNDLE WORTH STAYING HOME FOR’
2. The Promotion Period will open at 09:00GMT on the 16/10/25 (the “Opening Date”) and close at 23:59GMT on 30/11/25. (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. No entries will be received for this draw after the Closing Date.
3. The Wrap Up Draw Period will open at 00:01 01/12/2025 and close at 23:59 15/12/2025. No entries will be received after the closing date.
4. Entrants must have internet access to enter this promotion.
5. Purchase necessary. Please retain proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotion Period and prior to entry.
ENTRY
1. To enter the prize draw, entrants must purchase any Rustlers products, whether promotional or non-promotional, available in-store or online (subject to availability and whilst stocks last) during the Promotion Period.
2. To enter the wrap-up draw entrants must purchase any Rustlers products, whether promotional or non-promotional, available in-store or online (subject to availability and whilst stocks last) during the wrap-up draw.
3. Entrants must then scan the on-pack QR code on promotional packs or visit winwithrustlers.com and complete the online form (including first name, last name, email address, product purchased and retailer purchased from). Entrants will then be required to upload a photograph of their proof of purchase.
4. Upon valid entry, entrants will be allocated into relevant buckets dependent on which retailer purchased from.
5. Maximum of one (1) entry per purchase. Maximum of one prize per person for the entirety of the promotion. Anyone found attempting to bypass this rule by, for example, using multiple email addresses to enter will be disqualified.
6. Purchase from any participating store/retailer or online where sold, subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

  6. “Other” includes any other smaller or independent retailers where Rustlers products can be purchased from.
8. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
9. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
THE PRIZES
1. Each Prize consists of 1x big night in bundle consisting of: 1x mini projector, 1x air fryer, 2 pairs of slipper socks, 2 blankets and a selection of movie snacks including grab bags of popcorn, sweets and chocolate worth £10. The first 5 winners drawn from each of the 6 retailer pools will also receive a £100 gift card. The 6 pools correspond to the following: Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrisons, Co-op, and “Other”. The £100 gift card will match the retailer selected at entry for winners from Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Morrisons, and Co-op. Winners in the “Other” category will be given the option to choose their preferred retailer from among those five.
2. There are 102 x prizes available to be won in total. There are 17x prizes to be won for each retailer pool.
3. There is 1x wrap-up draw prize to be won of 1x £100 retailer gift card. If the wrap-up draw winner selected one of the specific retailers on entry they will be awarded that retailer gift-card. If the winner is from the “Other” category they will be given the option to choose their preferred retailer from among the five retailers.
4. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
1. 17 Winners from each of the buckets will be chosen by a randomised prize draw performed by a computer process from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period within 5 working days of the Closing Date 05/12/2025 (“Draw Date”). An appropriate number of reserves will also be selected from each pool.
2. The top 5 winners from each bucket (first 5 drawn) will be awarded the additional £100 gift card.
3. All winners will receive a winning confirmation email (the “Winning Confirmation Email”), sent to the email address provided at the time of entry within 7 days of the Draw Date. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
4. All winners will be asked to provide their home address. Verification of ID including age (government issued photographic ID clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) and address will be required before any prizes are awarded.
5. If no reply is received a further email will be sent after 7 days. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the initial Winning Confirmation email, to accept or is ineligible or rejects their prize within 14 days, that winner will be disqualified and a reserve will be offered the prize (with the same verification requirements and timeframes). Another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which any remaining prizes will be null and void.
6. The wrap up draw winner will receive a winning confirmation email, sent to the email address provided at the time of entry within 7 days of the Draw Date which will take place 5 working days after the closing date of the Wrap Up Draw Period. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
7. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
PRIZE DELIVERY
1. Please allow 28 days from valid acceptance and completion of the verification process for delivery of the bundles. Bundles will be delivered via courier to the home delivery address provided during the claim process and may require a signature on delivery.
2. A physical retailer gift card will be given in the bundle for the winners who won the top 5 prize.
3. If any prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
4. The wrap-up draw prize of a 1x £100 retailer gift-card will be delivered to the entrants address 28 working days from valid acceptance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DATA PROTECTION
1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely to administer this promotion. Data obtained during promotion will be deleted three months after draw date.
2. Entrants’ personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available here: www.rustlersonline.com/privacy-cookies and the Promotion Specific and Prize Administrator’s privacy policies, see clause 10 for further details .
3. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to info@kepak.com with “personal data request” in the header of the email. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

3. The Promoter will make available a list of winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within three months of the Closing Date of this promotion. Entrants and winners can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting rustlerscompetitions@getsavvy.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing rustlerscompetitions@getsavvy.com, such email to arrive within 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the Closing Date.
4. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion and refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement.
5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
6. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent)s which the entrant must provide within 7 days of request. Proof of purchase will be requested of all entrants upon entry for verification.
8. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s entry to the promotion.
9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
10. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within

Residents of the United Kingdom: The Terms and Conditions of this promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
